*Training pay is $15.00/hr* We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees. (Opportunities available to make more after training!)
A Day in the Life of a BDC Service Representative (but not limited to):
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up on service reminders
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering customer preferences and service department availability.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean criminal background record
- Upbeat, positive, smile while you dial
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to manage heavy phone contact
