We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in beautifying various properties through high-quality painting services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and apply coats of paint to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Mix and match colors for desired shades
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material before painting
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray equipment for painting
- Ensure the work area is clean and tidy after completion
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
Skills:
- 6 months prior experience painting a variety of surface tops
- Basic understanding of paining techniques
- Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with residents and team members
