The Blandford Summer Day Camp Manager creates positive outdoor experiences for youth, leading Blandford’s licensed day camps by overseeing all aspects of camp operations. While providing excellent customer service to our camp families, the Camp Manager supervises Camp Educators and camp administrative staff and facilitates the teen Camp Aide program. The ideal candidate for this position will have past leadership experience in youth programming and experience overseeing a team.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible in preparation for the Summer 2025 camp season. This position is officially seasonal, through August 31, 2025. For the right candidate, there may be the possibility of extension to a permanent, year-round, full-time position working with our educational programming during the school year and managing camp in the summer.
