Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading commercial Real Estate firm who are looking to expand in the DFW market. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company with a solid pipeline for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Complete LEED documentation
- Create project budgets.
- Understand and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Establish project milestones and resource needs.
- Partner with clients to communicate, create, execute plan for project completion.
- Manage and track project costs, billings, and resources throughout the project.
- Mentoring junior project managers
Qualifications
- Ground up commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail construction experience
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
Salary
- $150,000-$170,000
