We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual School-Based BCBA to join our team on a contract basis. This role allows you to provide vital behavioral supports remotely while collaborating closely with educators, parents, and administrators. Position Overview
As a Virtual School-Based BCBA, you will assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans for students. You will provide supervision, training, and support to school staff and families through secure virtual platforms to improve student outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) virtually
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Provide direct telehealth ABA therapy and coaching for school staff and families
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings virtually
- Promote positive behavioral supports in the educational environment
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (must be active and in good standing)
- Experience working in K12 educational settings preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis, positive behavior supports, and special education processes
- Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and secure workspace for virtual sessions
- 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement
- Flexible schedules based on district needs (full-time or part-time)
