Your Role...
Overall Purpose and Main Objectives:
Provide product information and support assistance to customers and internal departments via phone, chat, e-mail, and other correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and thorough verbal and written product information to customers, Customer Care Representatives and retail stores via phone, chat, and email.
- Research for information.
- Learn about new and existing product, their use, and basic techniques.
- Monitor various websites for product questions, comments and reviews, post responses, and provide follow up as needed.
- Contribute web and social media content.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of art materials and processes. A degree in studio art or equivalent experience including but not limited to, understanding of color theory, as well as in depth knowledge of at least one area of specialty such as painting, sculpture/3d, printmaking, or ceramics is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC/data entry skills.
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent research skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; 4 year college degree or Associate's degree related to art desired, or equivalent in experience with art materials and processes
