Office Associate
Job Title: Office Associate
Job Summary:
The Office Associate is responsible for handling clerical tasks, filing, and help with AP, AR, Accounting and HR as needed
Key Responsibilities:
File
Organize and maintain offices including light housekeeping
General office clerk duties and errands
Assist the accounting staff with any special projects as needed
Distributing gift cards as needed
Apparel distribution and inventory
Protect company values by keeping financial information and plans confidential
Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and policies as outlined by and communicated by Bliffert Lumber management
Act as our store’s representative and provides exceptional customer service
Reports injuries immediately to Manager
Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager
Qualifications:
Reports to the location manager
Occasional local travel
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
