What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plaintiff Applicant Workers Compensation Attorney position at Blink Law Group?
Workers Compensation Applicant/Plaintiff Firm is looking to hire immediately an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2-4 years of current experience in the field. Must have full knowledge of the Workers Compensation law and procedures. Must have great negotiation skills and be able to direct his/her team with the case load assigned.
Salary range is from $125,000 to $160,000 (based on experience) Bonus and Hybrid Remote/office potential.
The firm is also expanding into Personal Injury, with an established department. Knowledge in PI procedures/laws would be nice to have, but not required for the position as our main focus is still currently Workers' Compensation Applicant/Plaintiff representation.
