Blize Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team.
You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in Napa County and Solano Counties.
Job Description:
- Taking the patient's vitals, tracking symptoms, and other details of the patient's condition.
- Administering medication, change wound dressings, and care for other treatment options.
- Consulting with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients.
- Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process, during after-hours and weekends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- One year of nursing experience.
- Experience in home health or hospice.
- Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
