You Must Have:
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state of Wisconsin
- The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
- A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
- Salon experience an asset
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the bar’s vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards
- Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity)
- Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential
- Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador
- Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
- Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to management roles

This is an hourly position- regardless of whether you are taking clients, you get paid! Plus tips, bonuses for upselling and commission on retail products. Please note the hourly starting is approximately $15/hour, but with tips and bonuses we estimate you'd make $30 per hour with clients.
