We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Manager, Sales Associates and based in California.
Role and Responsibilities:
- This role is focused on outbound prospecting to target accounts. You will work to uncover prospect’s business challenges and discover new business opportunities while working with a world class sales team and product.
- Initiate relationships and develop rapport with key executives – Directors, Vice President and C-Suite - at prospect companies by anticipating needs and understanding unique objectives.
- Timely follow-up with qualified leads as well as account qualification.
- Contribute to Process Improvement – Proactively provide constructive feedback on every aspect of the business, including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.
Skills and Experience:

- BA/BS degree, business-related preferred
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- High-caliber, executive communication skills. The ideal candidate is engaging, compelling and credible over the phone, via email, and on LinkedIn.
- Experience selling enterprise products/services to VP or CXO prospects ideal.
- Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner.
- Prefer demonstrated, consistent success in an outbound lead generation or inside sales role
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation and initiatives
- Familiarity with common office software, CRM and web 2.0 sales tools; comfortable learning new software.
