You have the drive to learn and succeed as a finance professional at a technology and information services company. You will participate in an 18-month rotational program that will expose you different aspects of finance on the CFO Services Team, Order to Cash Team, and Account Payables team.
What you will do:
D evelop accurate reporting and analyses that drive improved insights and decision-making as part of the CFO Services T e am .
Draft and approve contracts and proposals for new customers, process and analyze incoming orders, and calculate sales credits awards as part of the Order to Cash T eam .
Ensure the company meets its financial obligations and maintains strong relationships with its vendors by ensuring accuracy of invoices and working with vendor representatives on payment inquiries as part of the Accounts Payab les Team .
Gain a financial and operational understanding of the business, including its mission, projects, products, services, metrics, and employees .
Accurately and appropriately price new sales of subscription products to ensure customer and business needs are meet .
Review and prepare metrics around accounts payable processing and expense report compliance.
Work with the Compliance group on the annual Accounts Payable compliance review by researching and providing proof of compliance to controls, policies, and procedures.
Assist in Financial, Planning & Analysis tasks such as revenue and operating expense analysis, financial reporting, forecasting (Budget/Quarterly) to facilitate decision making.
Understand and communicate variance analysis against historical, budget, forecasts, and strategic plans.
You need to have:
A bachelors’ degree by May 2022 with a major in business .
Strong skills with Microsoft O ffice, especially Excel.
An ab ility to analyze data and present the findings in a simple manner
