Join our team as a Floral Designer and unleash your creativity in a dynamic and fast-paced floral design environment. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for floral arrangements to bring beauty and joy to our customers' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Keep the workspace clean and organized to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative floral design concepts
- Process incoming floral deliveries
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in a floral shop or otherwise working in a designer or floral assistant capacity, for less than 2-3 years skill level will be evaluated
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in a floral or garden center setting, is advantageous
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
