We’re seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Associate to execute impactful marketing campaigns, build high-quality lead lists, and drive pipeline growth across key sectors, including health systems, health plans, public health, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & List Building
- Identify and build lists of qualified leads in healthcare, social care, public health, CBOs, AAAs, and government sectors.
- Research organizations that match Blooming Health’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify and verify relevant contacts within target organizations.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to define lead criteria (MQLs, SQLs).
- Maintain and update lead lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and timely follow-up.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, digital ads, webinars) to generate MQLs and nurture leads.
- Set up, monitor, and report on performance metrics (e.g. open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging with ICP needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the content manager to develop emails, landing pages, ads, and social media posts that align with demand generation goals.
- Help tailor messaging to resonate with different buyer personas.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to set up workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences.
- Manage CRM records to track lead status and campaign touchpoints.
- Collect and analyze data on campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Work closely with sales teams to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions from marketing to sales.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
- Analyze the quality of contacts generated and campaign performance metrics (e.g. open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to increase pipeline growth.
- Suggest and implement improvements in lead qualification, campaign targeting, and nurturing workflows.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to track and manage lead progression.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, lead research, or marketing (healthcare/public health experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM, lead generation, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, CauseIQ, NeverBounce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
