Your Role & Growth
As a lead or assistant teacher, you’ll guide a consistent group of children daily in a carefully prepared Montessori environment. You’ll support each child’s holistic development—social, emotional, cognitive, creative—within a caring, stable community.

Schedule Highlights
Operating hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, serving children ages 18 months to 6 years. The daily rhythm includes morning care, work time, group interaction, outdoor play, nap or story time, enrichment classes, and after‑care STEAM activities.
