Hookah Lounge

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Hookah Lounge team. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for preparing food and beverages, managing the hookah experience, and ensuring that every guest enjoys their time at our lounge.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of hookah equipment to ensure a high-quality experience for guests.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including dining spaces and preparation areas.
• Engage with guests to promote menu items and enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.
• Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing inventory effectively.
• Experience in the food industry, whether in restaurants, cafés, or quick-service establishments, is desirable.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
