What are the responsibilities and job description for the NOC Caregiver position at Blue Haven Memory Care?
We are looking for team players to join our staff at a small, locally owned Memory Care Community in Independence, Oregon.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must love working with Seniors!
At least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Caregiving experience is preferred, but will train the right person
Must be able to pass a state-required background check
Able to work on-call at times
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking care of seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Respond appropriately to call lights and the needs of the residents
- Monitor the activities of residents to ensure the individuals health and safety, while maintaining their privacy and dignity
- Light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
