Blue Ridge Mountain Club, a beautiful mountain community located in Boone, NC is on the search for a dedicated Maintenance assistant. This is a role where you will mainly be trained on the job, working with basic maintenance/grounds needs and helping up-keep the pool and facilities.
This position is part time, 30 hours per week. The pay rate is $15/hour. Weekend availability is required.
***Position is subject to go full time as soon as next year if candidate has interest.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (light bulb changes)
- Assist with light grounds up-keep
- Clean and maintain pool area, including chemical testing and equipment checks
- Monitor pool safety and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests from the Maintenance Manager
- Maintain inventory
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
