Responsible for ensuring preparation of meals according to a preplanned menu, kitchen sanitation, and supervising inmate workers. Weekends, and holidays are required. Must have experience in batch cooking and operate kitchen equipment. Must be 18 years of age or older, high school graduate or equivalent, and have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
