Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities.  The position requires a patient, caring individual interested in being part of a wide range of social, leisure, and recreational activities with special needs adults participating in the Habilitation program at Blue River Services.  The position entails providing supervision and training for adults with developmental disabilities in community and facility settings while participating in scheduled activities. Requires Flexible schedule:
Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 am -3:30 pm
Friday 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm


$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position.  Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shift Differentials:  Additional $1.00 for weekends. Overtime hours are currently available (though not guaranteed).
