About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Culture and Communication Officer, the Director of Culture, Inclusion, and Belonging will play a significant role in advancing the company's Culture, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy and integration plan. This position will design and lead implementation of company-wide CIB initiatives that support the company's vision of cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment where every person feels they belong, grow, and foster positive change within the company. The Director of Culture, Inclusion, and Belonging will be responsible for establishing and utilizing relevant data/dashboards to become the single source of truth while driving organizational change. This role requires a passionate, energetic, and highly skilled leader that can influence and build fellowship with peers, people managers, and executives at the company. The successful incumbent will also have an eye for data analysis, critical-thinking skills and the ability to craft and deliver compelling Culture, Inclusion, & Belonging communication for all levels of team members at the company.
Key Priorities
- Business Partnerships: Learn the business & build and leverage positive working relationships across the organization to drive positive change. Partner with HR COE leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure CIB principles are known, espoused, and a part of the culture of the company.
- Program Management: Assess, evaluate, and implement policies & programs that support a fully integrated approach to Culture, Inclusion, and Belonging. Provide clear vision backed by data with corresponding action plans and policies to address gaps. Leverage existing work to accelerate program development, implementation, and adoption. Partner with Head of Talent Development, Culture & Engagement and external vendor partners to develop and deliver Culture, Inclusion, & Belonging training and education programs. Build CIB values alignment and capability throughout the broader organization.
- Impact Groups: Serve as internal Impact Group ambassador/advocate and leverage Impact Group network to drive continued influence throughout the organization. Champion the continued, and successful, expansion of Impact Groups beyond the current state of two (2) at the company. Actively educate the organization on Impact Group governance, framework, and charters to ensure consistency in approach and communication.
- Data & Business Case: Partner with the HR Shared services team to perfect relevant data & dashboards to become the single source of truth, build CIB business case, and influence ELT decision making. Drive the development and cross-functional utilization of CIB KPIs and dashboards to proactively track & communicate relevant information, influence business decisions, and foster leadership commitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the areas of business management, human resources, or social science.
- 7 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion; human resources, L&D and organizational development experience a plus.
- 2 years of experience working with large hourly global teams.
