In this role, you will:
- Ensures key personas are identified, created, developed, and utilized effectively for multiple complex product areas with a broad scope.
- Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
- Coach, define, analyze, and own KPIs across multiple complex products with a broad scope to determine experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
- Conduct secondary market research and apply toward product strategy.
- Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Employ active listening and engagement in meetings.
- Participate and engage in agile ceremonies; facilitate those required for product artifacts as they support product outcomes.
- Drive all agile product artifacts and milestones with the agile leadership team.
- Write and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.
- Write and breakdown epics independently.
- Utilize tools for basic analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases.
- Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog.
- Create low fidelity visuals to represent desired digital experiences.
- Author end-to-end product planning documentation.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.
- Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology.
- Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience, including 5 years of management experience gained as a team leader, supervisor or project/program manager.
- Utilize various discovery methods to create product context for data driven product opportunities.
- Effectively work within an Agile framework for predictable product outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality experiences to end-users across broad scope with multiple complex products areas.
- Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive and coach product improvements.
- Mentor, understand, and drive multiple User Experience (UX) research and designs to craft high-quality, engaging user experiences.
- Drive trade-off discussions between scope and schedule.
- Identify risks across multiple complex products with a broad scope and develop mitigation plans.
- Develop product roadmap by achieving alignment with key stakeholders and manage and monitor progress.
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of technical concepts, architectural impacts, scalability, and reusability of new capabilities.
- Leverage product area SMEs to lead and educate others of product and departmental goals.
- Demonstrate continuous leadership through product, development, and cross functional teams.
