Embryologist
Blue Sky Fertility has an immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced embryologist in our laboratory. This challenging position requires an individual with at least a BS degree in a relevant laboratory science with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technologies to include ICSI, embryo biopsy, and vitrification of gametes, and embryos. This individual should exhibit strong attention to detail, dedication to maintaining high success rates, and a patient centric mindset.
This is an exempt position reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services. This position will work under direct and indirect supervision performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, rotating weekends as assigned, on-call as required

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up of media and dish preparation for various procedures
- Oocyte Retrieval
- ICSI
- Fertilization Check
- All aspects of embryo culture
- Embryo Grading
- Embryo Transfer
- Vitrification of Oocytes and Embryos
- Warming of Oocytes and Embryos
- Assisted Hatching with Laser
- Trophectoderm Biopsy
- Cell processing for PGT
- Other ART procedures as necessary
- Processing of Testicular Samples
- Cryopreservation of Testicular Samples
- Calibration and maintanence of instruments and equipment
- Gather, tabulate and statistically analyze data
- Assist in formulation of project objectives
- On call/weekend work as required
- Maintenance of inventory and supplies
- Required Patient Communication
- Back up of Andrology, Endocrinology, and Phlebotomy Services as needed
- Requisition of materials, equipment and laboratory supplies
- Documentation of statistics
- Clerical duties as required
- Maintain Gas Inventory
- Data entry into Excel, EMR, and NASS
- Any additional duties as required and requested by the Director of Laboratory Services
