Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outdoor Service Foreman to join our team. The Outdoor Service Foreman will be responsible for leading outdoor service projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead outdoor service projects, including landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, pressure washing, irrigation, and outdoor construction projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of outdoor service technicians, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the safety of all team members and adherence to relevant regulations.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of outdoor service equipment, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working condition.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects, keeping the project on track and within budget.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any changes to the original scope of work.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outdoor service or landscaping, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of outdoor service techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

- Experience with pressure washing techniques and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
