Description:

The Client Intake Specialist will answer phones for the agency, communicate agency services to prospective clients/family members, transfer clients to other parties as necessary to assist in customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and related business communication tools.
  • Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, courteous, and calm manner in all circumstances.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and ability to deliver excellent customer service.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 year experience in office administration.
  • Excellent customer service and people management skills.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
  • Answer incoming calls and communicate agency services to prospective clients/family members.
  • Gather client intake information for Marketing/Admissions team.
  • Schedule Clinical Liaison admission appointments.
  • Manage referral spreadsheet.
  • Make calls to clients for emergency preparedness, holiday care, etc.
  • Maintain daily stand up log.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.
