As a Workamper, you’ll wear a few different hats throughout the season. You’ll help keep our properties clean, safe, and welcoming while making sure guests have an unforgettable stay. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that works hard, plays hard, and loves the great outdoors.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• You own an RV or camper and are ready to roll

• You’ve got campground or hospitality experience

• You’re a team player who can also work independently

• You’re detail-oriented, friendly, and love helping people

• You’re flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

🎓 What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• The ability to stay calm and cool under pressure

• Physical stamina to be on your feet, ride a bike or golf cart, and lift up to 50 lbs

• A positive attitude and a willingness to support your team

💪 Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. Expect to:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift regularly

• Climb, balance, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

• Jump in to help with other tasks as needed—because we’re all in this together!
