Requirements:

• Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience in a maintenance position.
• Must be knowledgeable in the following:
• working in a nursing home environment
• HVAC
• Boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Building codes and safety regulations.
