We’re looking for an enthusiastic local hotel front desk supervisor with 2 years of prior experience to ensure every guest at our hotel has an exceptional stay with us. You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. Front Office Supervisor (FOS) is responsible for addressing guest concerns in a timely and appropriate manner; creating a face and a connection to our guests and the Hotel. This position requires an individual to actively participate throughout the property on a daily basis. The FOS works as part of a team to deliver hospitable service that is attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
