We are seeking a Mid-Level Foreign Disclosure Representative to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) by preparing and reviewing foreign disclosure requests in accordance with U.S. disclosure and release policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IC and DoD disclosure procedures and the ability to ensure appropriate classification and source verification of intelligence products.
Location: DIA HQ, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI (CI Polygraph preferred)

- Review and process foreign disclosure requests in compliance with U.S. government policies.
- Recommend disclosure/release actions following technical and substantive reviews.
- Ensure all sources are properly cited and classification markings are accurate.
- Maintain archives of disclosure requests, adjudications, and supporting documentation.
- Provide guidance on foreign disclosure policy and procedures.
- Track and document decisions related to the release of classified information.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) or Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR).
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. disclosure and releasability policies.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph preferred).
- One of the following:
- High school diploma or GED and 7 years of foreign disclosure experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of foreign disclosure experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior-level DoD or IC leadership.
- Strong ability to work independently while applying complex policy guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
