A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to the design and investigation of critical building systems, particularly focusing on building envelopes and parking garages, at their Austin, TX office. Your role will involve reviewing design and construction documents, conducting forensic investigations, and managing remedial design and construction processes.
Your Day Includes
- Reviewing design and construction documents
- Conducting forensic investigations
- Managing remedial design and construction processes
- Performing structural calculations
- Developing conclusions and recommendations
Must Haves
- Master of Science (Bachelor’s degree candidates will be considered) in civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines
- Expectation of becoming a licensed professional engineer in Texas within 4 years after commencing employment
