We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in HVAC engineering projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple MEP engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects align with project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Guide and mentor project team members, providing direction, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and project success.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project issues and deviations from the project plan.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to all stakeholders, including clients, ensuring transparency and a clear understanding of project progress.
  • Manage change requests effectively, evaluating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and communicating changes to relevant parties.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Attend site visits, in-person and online meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, ASPE Certified Pluming Designer, or similar education certificate in a           related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the MEP engineering field, with a track record of successfully managing           projects from initiation to completion.
  • PE license and PMP Certificate preferred.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering and project management tools and software (e.g. MS Office, Teams, AutoCAD, Revit etc.).
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
