Sales Associate at BMW of Akron

BMW of Akron is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time individual contributor role in the auto industry, offering a base salary plus commission. As a BMW Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to sell high-quality luxury vehicles and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude and assist them in finding the right BMW vehicle
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty
- Conduct test drives with customers and provide product demonstrations of BMW vehicles
- Negotiate and close sales transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Stay updated on the latest BMW products and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain customer records and manage leads
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Knowledge and passion for luxury vehicles, particularly BMW
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
