What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier position at BNP Empowered Print?
BNP Empowered Print is a manufacturing web offset printing company seeking a delivery courier to join our company. Duties are to pick up and deliver finished pallets, bundles, boxes of inserts and newspapers to various local companies. Will also be required to process and package UPS parcels for pickup while driver is on location as driving does not fill the full 8 hour shift. Prior driving experience required. CDL license is not required, however a Class B CDL will be a plus. The majority of the driving for this position is in a 16’ Non CDL Box truck. Class A CDL is not required. If the applicant has Class B CDL this position requires minimal driving in CDL truck (short trips/vacation coverage).
Starting rate $17.00 per hour (higher rate possible for those with Class B CDL)
Bonus Plan:
$500.00 after 90 days (with positive review)
$500.00 after 6 months (with positive review)

Requirements:Education and Experience
- Minimum Education: High School
- At least 3 years general driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm shift Monday to Friday. Must be available for OT when needed.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push / pull pallets of up to 2,000 pounds using aid of a manual pallet jack.
- Able to drive a NON CDL 16’ Box Truck
- Pre-Employment physical/drug screening required.
