We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Pricing/Data/Deal Modelling & Analytics to join our team. This role is located in New York, NY, and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Implement and build product and services pricing models.
  • Provide costs and revenue control analysis and support.
  • Develop pricing matrices/rate cards. Review deals and create fee estimates to onboard clients and build out services for client.
  •  Work with internal teams, such as technology, finance, and client service delivery teams, to complete unit cost analyses, which are used to develop product pricing for products/services.
  • Assists with developing presentations that clearly articulate findings of unit cost analyses and how products/services will be priced.
  • Develops suggestions for structuring pricings to be more attractive and profitable and help determine margins.
  • Begin to build financial models, where required.
  • Responsible for supporting the team with banking governance, strategic planning, sales and production reporting.  
  • In conjunction with the rest of the team, serve as a liaison between HQ and the regional sales teams to drive clear communication across banking.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. 
  • Experience in financial accounting, economics preferred. 
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and financial modeling preferred.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses in a business setting is preferred.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $96,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 


This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Salary : $66,000 - $96,500
