We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Production Services team. and will work a Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Production Services team. and will work a Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office required). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Infrastructure and Application support
- Support SOD, EOD, ESP, Testing, Troubleshooting, DR and middleware software/hardware support for 340 applications across 5 lines of businesses.
- Troubleshooting moderate to complex issues relative to Application and Infrastructure components. Work with various Application and infrastructure teams to resolve any issues.
- Monitoring system health, responding and escalating to alerts, diagnosing issues, and resolving incidents. Work towards minimizing downtime and any service disruptions.
- Documentation and incident post-mortems are often part of the duties to prevent recurring issues.
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives and work on special projects as assigned.
- Provide off hour, weekend and holiday support as needed.
- metric gathering, reporting and tracking for SLA’s and OLA’s.
- Business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing and execution.
- Implements, integrates and supports various mainframe, mid-frame, distributed, web, and ancillary products. Reviews new/modified file transmission requests.
- Formulates plans to meet system performance objectives. Analyzes, implements, maintains, and performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
- Expertise in system administration, cloud services, networking, virtualization, infrastructure automation. PowerShell and visual basic scripting, SQL query, Linux (RHEL), Apache, Tomcat, Agile methodology, databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Vertica).
- Provides on-site and on-call support through analysis and works with various application and infrastructure teams to remediate.
- Communicates both formally and informally with customers and end users.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint needed for metric report development and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
