Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines, conveyor systems, and servo motors.
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair programmable logic controllers.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on various equipment.
- Work with variable frequency drives (VFD) to optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct soldering tasks as needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong OEM knowledge and experience with equipment troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with hydraulics and machine safety inspections.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFD) and servo motors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
