General Description:
To assist the general manager in the operation of the center with assigned responsibilities and functions.
Work experience requirements:
- Posses good judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Math, reading, basic accounting, cash handling, flexible hours
- Guest service and sales
- Leadership abilities
- Customer Service (1 year preferred)
- Management (1 year preferred)
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College maybe helpful
General Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
Essential Duties:
General
- Member of Manager Staff
- Responsible for center keys (If available)
- Attend work regularly and exhibit a positive attitude
- Provide a safe environment for our guests
- Maintain a safe work environment and work safely
- Provide friendly, courteous, polite and helpful guest service
- Perform other duties as needed
- Maintain proper, clean uniform
- Maintain proper hygiene
Accounting
- Assist in the preparation of financial records and handling center opening/closing
- Prepare change for petty cash; count and retrieve small change from bank (if needed)
- Assist in preparing daily bank deposit
Business Management
- Analyze financial statements (If needed)
- Apply federal, state and local laws
- Assist in center closing operations: locking doors, counting money, using source terminal point of sale
- Assist in the operation of control counter
- Conduct physical inventory as needed
Marketing
- Retain guests through implementation of sound customer relationship practices
- Print and maintain brochures, flyers, and forms for center use
Personnel Management
- Direct counter control, housekeeping and maintenance personnel
- Assist in scheduling of center personnel
- Help conduct team member meetings
- Fill in for missing employees (When needed)
- Motivate team members
- Perform training assignments
Physical Activity
- Physical activity and requirements may include climbing, stooping, kneeling, couching, standing, walking, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
