Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Assist in ensuring employee evaluations are completed to assess performance and identify areas for development.
- Maintain HR systems such as ApplicantPro, Paylocity for efficient data management.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
