What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intellectual Property Attorney position at Boardman & Clark LLP?
Due to continued growth, Boardman & Clark seeks a qualified patent attorney or patent agent to join its Intellectual Property practice group.
The ideal candidate will be registered with the federal patent bar and have at least two years of experience in patent prosecution. Responsibilities include patentability analyses; drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications; advising and counseling clients on various matters involving patents.
A background in Mechanical, Electrochemical or Electrical Engineering or Chemistry is preferred, although the ideal candidate must be willing and able to practice in more than one technical area. Successful applicants will further possess strong academic credentials and communication skills, including technical writing, interpersonal, and client relation skills. The desire to continue learning is essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
