- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of Chevrolet vehicles
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to convert leads into sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with other dealership departments, including finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Complete sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership software
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
