Job Duties
- Motivating sales consultants through daily training to increase sales volume
- Engaging in daily follow-up calls and emails to increase customer retention
- Conducting trade appraisals with understanding of latest industry trends
- Maintaining strong working relationships with our lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval through the proper federal, state and corporate channels
- Increasing the profitability of the Sales Department while controlling expenses
- Developing customer relationships to achieve top customer satisfaction scores
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive industry
- At least two years (or equivalent) of automotive sales management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency of applicable federal, state and local regulations
- Flexible scheduling including evenings, holidays and weekends
