Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records on a daily basis
- Carry out financial transactions and analysis
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain the assets and liabilities of the company
- Supervise all the accounting functions in the department
- Review expenses incurred
- Maintain general ledgers
- Resolve accounting anomalies
- Assist in the preparation of yearly closing statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Adhere to all the rules and regulations of the company
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BSC in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. (Or working toward)
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop or Online
- Knowledge working with Microsoft Office Tools
- Exceptional numerical skills
- Good with numbers and calculations
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Maintaining a positive attitude

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems
