Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of the Customer Service Representative/Dispatch
The position of the Customer Service Representative/Dispatch will be responsible for answering and making phone calls, creating job packets, scheduling, dispatching of team members and processing permits. In addition, the position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
You are: Someone who has a passion for customer service and an excellent phone presence, who will react well to a fast-paced environment with a team mentality. A reliable, professional individual with attention to detail and great organizational skills to provide scheduling support to a growing and ever-changing division. This position requires excellent data entry skills to maintain databases, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with builders and team members. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive wages $22.00-$27.00

Daily Duties:
- Assist in organizing the paperwork for the job (creating the job packet, electronic contracts, etc.)
- Answer telephones
- Respond to email correspondence
- Communicate with field team members
- Enter data completely and properly and file paperwork
- Perform general clerical duties associated with an office environment
- Support fellow staff members
- Maintain files in database
- Check all rough-in for next day for change orders
- Obtain and organize permits
- Scheduling calls
- Routing and dispatching team members
- Working with field managers on a day to day basis to report progress, issues, etc.
- Follow procedures and guidelines set by department managers
- Following up and communicating with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- High school education or equivalent.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry
- Computer skills including:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
- Communication skills
- Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
- Operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
- Develop knowledge of product lines, prices, various marketing promotional services, and similar
- CRM Software experience such as Goldmine a plus
