The Role:
As a Car Washer and Reconditioning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring our vehicles are in pristine condition for delivery or following collision repair. Your work directly impacts our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time, with occasional Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, vacuum, and prep cars for delivery or after collision repairs, adhering to Bob Weaver Auto's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Inspect vehicles for damage or wear and report any issues to the management team.
- Collaborate with the reconditioning team to prepare vehicles efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment, following all safety and environmental protocols.

Qualifications:
- High energy and a strong work ethic, with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or reconditioning preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
