What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Estimator position at Bob Weaver Auto?
Full-time experienced Collision Estimator position available with a concentration on large direct repair accounts.
Monday through Friday 7AM to 5:00PM. No Saturdays or Evenings.

REQUIREMENTS
- VALID PA Driver’s License
- PA Collision Damage Appraisers License
- CCC and/or Mitchell Estimating Experience
- Strong Computer and Web-based Program Experience
- Excellent Communication, Organizational & Interpersonal Skills
JOB DUTIES
- Participate in Developing a Proper Repair Plan for Each Vehicle - Blueprint Process
- Prepare Estimates in Accordance with Insurance Partner and Company Guidelines
- Maintain and Execute a Timely Schedule Before, During, and After Completions of Repairs
- Supervise your Technician Team to assure Quality Repairs
- Excellent Communication with Auto Body Technicians, Insurance Company’s & Customers on a Daily Basis
