Bobcat of Atlanta - Covington is seeking a Service Advisor/Writer to join our busy Service team! Successful candidates will have strong organization skills, great customer service and a willingness to learn our business.
Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Accept and process credit card payments.

Open and prepare repairs orders for dispatch.

Open purchase orders.
-
File/retrieve filed paperwork as needed.

Gather and prepare warranty parts for return as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Basic knowledge of MS Office
