As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Perform service, repairs, and installations of Bobst machinery
- Relocate existing equipment and conduct preventive maintenance
- Provide customer training and implement productivity improvement programs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions
- Be on call for after-hours support on a rotating basis
- Offer technical support to customers, service centers, and technicians
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5-10 years of experience in a Field Service role
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical training).
- Strong hands-on experience in mechatronics, automation, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PLC Programming, Robotics, or Advanced Manufacturing) are highly desirable.
