What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Foreman position at Boca Ciega Point Condos?
We are looking for an energetic grounds foreman who has a passion for working outside regardless of the weather. One who prides themselves on their work and strives to maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment for our residents. This position will supervise and delegate the grounds crew as well as assist in the day-to-day tasks needed to maintain the shrubs, flowers, walk paths, flower beds and lawns throughout the common grounds. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the irrigation system and completing periodic inventory checks and equipment inspections. To be successful in this role, you need to ensure that the grounds are pleasant- both visually and operatively. You must be able to work well with others as a team player and as an individual leader. 40-hour work week; Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Must have Active Driver's License, Pesticide licensing a plus, Knowledge of tools and equipment, identify native plants and weeds, must be able to delegate, track and report on the progress of tasks, and 3 years prior supervisory experience.
