Domo is seeking an experienced customer service representative!
Boca Restaurant Group lives and breathes the idea of BPA — Blowing People Away. Founded by David Falk in 2001 with the opening of his flagship restaurant, Boca, BRG continues to set the standard for culinary excellence with three distinctly unique restaurant concepts, Boca, Sotto, Nada, & our delivery concept, Domo.

Responsibilities
Provide guests with an amazing customer service experience
Uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being warm, courteous, and professional toward the guests at all times
Lead and coordinate timeliness for the day's deliveries
Assist with delivering recoveries, potentially outside of the normal work hours
After completing training, the Concierge will coordinate between the guest and our team. The concierge will learn to route and dispatch our deliveries, help problem solve, and communicate with the drivers about their routes, as well as guests with any questions.
Execute duties in an efficient and attentive manner
Gather personal details about our guests to customize and data-mine for future BPA opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Passionate about going above & beyond for guest experience
Reliable and timely transportation
Ability to make deliveries when necessary
Work well in a team environment, as well as on your own
Work with a sense of urgency
Maintain strong communication skills & demonstrate humility
1 year guest service experience, as well as 1 year experience working with office computer programs and general dispatch knowledge is preferred
