We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host to join our team at our Apple Valley location. The Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests at tables and provide menus
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Take reservations and manage waitlists
- Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
